Job Objectives:
1. Market Research & Analysis
- Collect and analyze market data, competitor insights, and customer behavior.
2. Communication & Branding Strategy Development
- Propose strategies for brand and product positioning in the market.
- Plan communication campaigns with clear objectives (brand awareness, sales growth).
3. Execution & Coordination
- Develop detailed plans and timelines for communication campaigns.
- Collaborate with relevant departments (design, content, booking, etc.) and external partners (agencies, KOLs).
- Monitor and adjust campaigns to ensure effectiveness.
- Define key messages and content direction throughout campaigns.
- Work with the content and design teams to ensure consistency in messaging and visuals.
4. Media Implementation
- Select appropriate media channels, allocate budgets efficiently, and monitor campaign effectiveness.
- Work closely with the media team to track, evaluate, and optimize advertising activities.
5. Performance Measurement & Evaluation
- Establish KPIs and measurement methods for each campaign.
- Analyze the effectiveness of communication channels and optimize budget allocation.
- Report campaign results and propose improvements.

- Proven experience in executing campaigns with case studies and results.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel, and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations.
