Job Objectives:

1. Brand Strategy Development & Growth

  • Develop a long-term brand strategy aligned with the company’s vision and business goals.
  • Manage and enhance brand identity, brand voice, and brand positioning.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels and customer touchpoints.
  • Strategize brand content and visuals to increase brand awareness.

2. Marketing Campaign Management & Execution

  • Plan and oversee marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and engagement.
  • Collaborate with Digital Marketing, Content, PR, and Design teams to execute impactful communication strategies.
  • Manage marketing budgets and optimize ROI (Return on Investment).

3. Market & Customer Analysis

  • Conduct competitive analysis and market trend research to refine branding strategies.
  • Analyze customer data to understand consumer behavior and enhance brand experience.
