Key Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize social media channels such as Facebook, TikTok, and Instagram to boost brand visibility.
- Collaborate with the design team to create engaging marketing materials aligned with brand strategy.
- Support the Performance Marketing team in content creation and campaign optimization.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance, suggesting strategies to improve engagement and content effectiveness.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis, proposing innovative ideas to strengthen brand presence.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Digital Marketing, especially social media marketing.
- Bachelorβs degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, branding, or communications.
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and TikTok Ads.
- Experience in executing marketing campaigns, particularly on Facebook, TikTok, and Instagram.
- Strong content creation, copywriting, and brand management skills.
- Excellent teamwork, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to analyze data and propose marketing strategies based on insights.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in FMCG, retail, or luxury brands.
- Understanding of KOLs/Influencer Marketing.
- Previous experience working with advertising agencies or media firms.
- Proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, or other basic design tools is a plus.
