Key Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize social media channels such as Facebook, TikTok, and Instagram to boost brand visibility.
• Collaborate with the design team to create engaging marketing materials aligned with brand strategy.
• Support the Performance Marketing team in content creation and campaign optimization.
• Monitor and analyze social media performance, suggesting strategies to improve engagement and content effectiveness.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis, proposing innovative ideas to strengthen brand presence.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Digital Marketing, especially social media marketing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, branding, or communications.
• Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and TikTok Ads.
• Experience in executing marketing campaigns, particularly on Facebook, TikTok, and Instagram.
• Strong content creation, copywriting, and brand management skills.
• Excellent teamwork, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to analyze data and propose marketing strategies based on insights.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in FMCG, retail, or luxury brands.
• Understanding of KOLs/Influencer Marketing.
• Previous experience working with advertising agencies or media firms.
• Proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, or other basic design tools is a plus.
