Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement growth hacking strategies to optimize customer acquisition, conversion, and retention.
- Design and execute digital marketing campaigns with an innovative approach to maximize cost efficiency and rapid growth.
- Identify and test new marketing channels to expand reach and improve performance.
- Analyze customer data and track user journeys to enhance user experience and conversion rates.
- Leverage A/B testing, Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), and data-driven marketing to improve campaign performance continuously.
- Collaborate with product, technology, and business teams to drive impactful growth strategies.
- Utilize automation, AI, and machine learning tools to enhance marketing efficiency.
- Manage and allocate marketing budgets effectively to maximize ROI on growth marketing initiatives.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or performance marketing.
- Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, email marketing, marketing automation, content marketing, and data analytics.
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital advertising platforms.
- Hands-on experience with A/B testing, CRO, landing page optimization, and customer journey optimization.
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in Google Analytics, Power BI, or similar data tools.
- Knowledge of SQL, Python, or data processing tools is a plus.
- Creative mindset, strong analytical thinking, and a willingness to experiment and innovate.
- Experience in B2B, B2C, or SaaS growth models is an advantage.
