Job Objectives:

  • Develop and execute budget plans efficiently to manage and monitor the effectiveness and cost of advertising campaigns across multiple media channels.
  • Responsible for measuring and controlling KPIs and ROAS within the allocated budget.
  • Analyze customer experience across multiple platforms and touchpoints.
  • Collect, analyze, track, and evaluate advertising data, campaign performance, and costs to propose suitable strategies and solutions.
  • Strong understanding of measurement and tracking tools (GTM, GA, etc.).
  • Work closely with partners to enhance campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and other departments to execute relevant campaigns.

Required Qualifications:

  • Strong commitment to confidentiality, integrity, and attention to detail.
  • Proven experience in executing campaigns with case studies and results.
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel, and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations.
  • Ability to work in a team and handle high-pressure situations, including overtime if necessary.
  • Proactive in research, analysis, and work optimization.
  • High sense of responsibility and self-discipline.
  • Proactively report, track, and resolve issues independently.
  • Detail-oriented, meticulous, and critical thinker with a multidimensional perspective.
