Job Objectives:

1. Research & Analysis

  • Conduct market research, analyze competitors, and identify content trends.
  • Gain deep insights into target customers, their behaviors, and needs.

2. Content Planning

  • Develop content strategies aligned with marketing objectives.
  • Define content topics, formats (articles, videos, infographics, etc.), and posting frequency.
  • Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure content consistency.

3. Content Execution & Management

  • Oversee content production, assigning tasks to copywriters, designers, and video editors.
  • Review and ensure content quality before publishing.
  • Continuously update and optimize content in real-time for maximum effectiveness.

4. Performance Tracking & Evaluation

  • Analyze data to extract insights and adjust content strategies accordingly.
  • Report performance results and propose improvements for future campaigns.

5. Trend Monitoring & Creative Innovation

  • Stay updated on new content trends and experiment with innovative formats.
  • Propose groundbreaking content campaigns to enhance brand communication.

Required Qualifications:

  • Strong commitment to confidentiality, integrity, and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent skills in content planning, creativity, writing, research, and producing engaging content.
  • Solid understanding of Social Content and Brand Content.
  • Proven track record of successful campaigns with measurable results (case studies).
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel, and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations.
  • Ability to work in a team, handle high-pressure situations, and be flexible with working hours.
  • Proactive in research, analysis, and work optimization.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and accountability.
  • Proactively report, track, and resolve issues independently.
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and creative thinker with a multidimensional approach.
