Job Objectives:

  • Develop big ideas, key visuals, slogans, and taglines while shaping strategic directions for marketing campaigns and inspiring the team.
    Create engaging content and develop video scripts for TikTok/Reels/Campaigns/Events/Livestreams for advertising and promotional purposes.
  • Propose communication and promotional campaign plans based on customer insights to maximize media impact.
  • Stay updated on trends, actively “catch trends,” and suggest improvements to enhance media quality.
  • Generate platform-specific content to increase reach and engagement.
  • Research and experiment with new content formats to optimize performance.
  • Oversee content quality across all social channels, ensuring consistency, professionalism, and alignment with core brand values.

Required Qualifications:

  • Creativity in content ideation, video production, and a deep understanding of social media platforms.
  • Proficiency in basic design and photo editing software: Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator (AI), Lightroom.
  • Basic video editing and post-production skills.
  • Ability to craft engaging content, present ideas clearly, and write compelling scripts.
  • Proven track record of successful campaigns with measurable results (case studies).
  • Strong teamwork skills with the ability to handle high-pressure situations and flexible working hours.
  • Proactive in research, analysis, and work optimization.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and accountability.
  • Proactively track, report, and resolve issues independently.
