Branding Executive

We are looking for a Branding Executive with a creative mindset, a passion for brand building, and a willingness to experiment and optimize strategies to enhance brand awareness across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate is someone who can develop and execute unique marketing ideas that strengthen brand recognition across both digital and traditional channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement brand strategies across online and offline marketing channels.
  • Create and execute mid-to-long-term brand awareness plans, overseeing brand activation campaigns to improve positioning and market recognition.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure consistent brand messaging.
  • Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics, providing insights and improvement recommendations.
  • Develop and manage content strategies aligned with branding objectives.
  • Organize events, sponsorships, and PR activities to strengthen brand presence.
  • Work closely with the PR team to craft compelling brand stories and execute media strategies.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing communications.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor strategies, and innovative branding approaches.
  • Optimize brand presence across platforms such as Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and offline channels.
  • Measure the effectiveness of each channel and propose strategies to enhance brand performance.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or Branding.
  • At least 3 years of experience in branding, marketing, or public relations.
  • Strong understanding of both digital and traditional marketing channels.
  • Experience in executing brand campaigns and activations.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
  • Ability to analyze brand performance metrics and translate insights into action.
  • Experience working with creative teams and external agencies.
  • Strong project management skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in social media, influencer marketing, and content marketing.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in PR or working with media agencies.
  • Background in FMCG, retail, or luxury branding is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects under high pressure.
  • Strong understanding of consumer psychology and market research methods.
